Payment for orders through this website are done through a Paypal™ checkout. If you do not have a paypal account, you can complete the checkout procedure as a paypal guest using any debit or credit card.

As you go through the paypal checkout, there will be a prompt saying 'Click here to add your measurements'. If you click on this text, a box will appear where you can type in your measurements. If you miss this prompt, don't worry, just send me an e-mail with your measurements and I will add them to the order and let you know that I have done so.

As all of my greyhound, whippet and lurcher products are hand made to measure by myself, I do not hold any made up stock. Therefore, your order will only be started after you have paid.

Collar orders are usually dispatched within two weeks. Coat and pyjama orders are usually dispatched between 14 and 28 days from the date of your order. At some times of the year I am extremely busy, so orders may take a few days longer than this.

My times do vary depending on time of year, so please also bear this in mind when ordering. My busiest period is between the end of August to the beginning of March. If you need something for a particular date, please e-mail me to make this request and I will do what I can to help.
